Standard Warranty Coverage

Most of our equipment includes a manufacturer-backed warranty covering plus extra warranty backed by us.
Warranty period starts from 2 years, depending on the product. This covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, Includes free repairs or replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period. 

What’s Typically Covered

  • Internal mechanical failures (motors, belts, gears, etc.)
  • Control panel malfunctions
  • Electrical component defects
  • Faults due to manufacturer’s error

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation
  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g., seals, bulbs, trays)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Lack of maintenance or improper cleaning

Warranty Activation

  • Warranties are automatically registered upon purchase from us
  • Clients receive a warranty certificate or invoice reference
  • Keep your invoice for any future claim
